We have reviewed and noticed that the deduction of Income Tax has been made at the rate of 9%. Please note that the applicable tax ratio on our firm as Engineering Services is 4% which was categorically mentioned in our invoices with reference to the Income Ordinance relevant section clause. Moreover, at the time of submission I categorically requested to review this ratio during the process of payment and discuss with us before finalizing the payment to clarify your accounts team which was unfortunately ignored.
